When will I receive my order?
If you have ordered a hamper each one is custom made to order before shipping.
- Standard delivery 3-5 business days
- Express delivery 1-3 business days
- Ireland approx. 5-7 days depending on customs clearance
Which couriers do you use?
Packages will be shipped using one of our preferred delivery services, and you will be advised as to who this is once the order has been processed. You will also be provided with a tracking code for all orders. This ensures our parcels are received on time and in good condition.
What happens if my parcel is lost?
Should your parcel go missing, which can be seen via the tracking code and couriers GPS location, we shall resend you a replacement parcel, 7 working days after the delivery due date .
