Returns & Refund Policy

If you have changed your mind about a purchase, please return it within 30 days. The item must be in its original condition with proof of purchase and a returns number.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be unused.
  • It must also be in the original packaging. 

How to Return a Purchase

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, you can start the process using our self-serve returns portal or by contacting us directly at info@loveandtiers.co.uk or 07355 824523.

When using the returns portal, you will be provided with a returns reference number and the correct returns address. If contacting us directly, we will confirm these details for you. We cannot accept returns without a returns reference number.

To complete your return, please include your order number or proof of purchase.

It is important that you obtain proof of shipping and a tracking number when sending an item back to us. We are not responsible for items lost in transit by your chosen carrier. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Skincare or any liquids
  • Personalised items
  • Gift Wrapping
  • Delivery costs are not refunded unless we are at fault. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We are only able to offer refunds back to the original payment method.  

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@loveandtiers.co.uk

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
We will confirm the return address when confirming your returns number.  

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

It is important that when returning an item to us you obtain a proof of shipping and a tracking number incase of any loss by your chosen carrier.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
